Arieti Named Flagler College SGA President for 2026-27 Academic Year
Tillman Arieti, a political science major with a minor in law, has been selected as president of Flagler College's Student Government Association for the 2026-27 academic year. Arieti, who also serves as president of The Political Forum, will lead the executive board in representing the student body, advancing campus initiatives, and strengthening collaboration with College administration.

Wilks Named Flagler College SGA Chief of Staff for 2026-27 Academic Year
Myka Wilks, a member of the Class of 2027 majoring in anthropology and art history with minors in arts administration and biology, has been selected as chief of staff for Flagler College's Student Government Association for the 2026-27 academic year. A returning member of the SGA leadership team, Wilks brings a strong background in service and student engagement, along with extensive involvement across campus organizations. In her role, she will support executive board operations, elevate student concerns, and help advance initiatives that enhance the student experience.

FLARE Spring '24 Anniversary Issue Earns Top Honors in National Contest
Flagler is proud to announce that the Spring 2024 anniversary issue of FLARE, the College's student-run literary and arts publication, has been awarded the "Superior" rating in the prestigious Recognizing Excellence in Art and Literary Magazines (REALM) contest, organized by the National Council of Teachers of English (NCTE). This accolade places FLARE among the top student-produced literary magazines in the nation, celebrating the exceptional talent and dedication of its student editors and contributors.

Flagler College's Mock Trial team, a member of the American Mock Trial Association (AMTA), achieved remarkable success in several competitions during the 2024-2025 season. Under the guidance of their faculty advisor, Jonathan Growick, the team showcased their skills in critical thinking, teamwork, and trial tactics, earning multiple awards and recognition.
